Exec Pastor
Orville is Crossview Church's Exec Pastor and brings a background of business organization, accountability, and structure. He is passionate about Crossview being a healthy church that uses the resources entrusted to it wisely! Orville and his wife April live in Mitchell and enjoy spending lots of time with their children and six grandchildren!

As Care and Connect Pastor, Grace is responsible for overseeing, supporting and giving leadership to Crossview Adult Ministries including seniors, welcome volunteers, pastoral care, prayer, large events and community outreach.
Discipleship Pastor

Carl’s love for people paired with strong organization skills are the perfect blend for his role as Discipleship Pastor. Carl values relationships and you will usually find him visiting in the lobby before & after services. He has a strong desire to help others find connection within our church as well as in their own communities.

Sarah is our Worship Director. She has served on worship teams for about 30 years and is passionate about raising up the next generation of worship leaders - whether on stage or behind the scenes in production. She is also a high school teacher this is her 20th year teaching in HSD!

As Crossview’s one and only Receptionist, Crystal thrives in making things organized and efficient for both staff and church attenders. She manages the Crossview office, helps plan events and gets people connected at Crossview.

Healthcare Administration
Lucille loves the church and the teaching of God’s Word. Lucille has worked in healthcare administration for much of her career, and brings a wealth of experience working with boards and CEOs in the healthcare sector. She and her husband Bob have two married children and 5 grandkids.
Local Business Owner
Jon is a licensed accountant, and an entrepreneur who has started a number of businesses. Jon is passionate and generous in giving and sees the business world as his mission field. He and his wife Susan have 3 children.

Doug and his wife Carla have a passion for youth and kids ministries and a long history of leadership and involvement in those areas. Doug is also a business owner with a passion for generosity and discipleship in the marketplace. Doug & Carla have three sons, one of whom is now married.

Eric has a passion for our local community, Steinbach and region. He is involved in the community in numerous ways, serving in various community organizations and also regularly engaging in acts of kindness and generosity towards people and groups in the area. He also loves praying and is the leader of our prayer ministry at Crossview. He and his wife Carol have 3 children, and one grandson.
Local Real Estate Agent
Paul is a successful business owner and agent who sees his work as a mission field, regularly sharing Jesus and praying with people as he works. Paul has a real heart for those who are going through difficulties and loves visiting people who are in the hospital or who are going through difficult things. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for 43 years and they have two married adult children, and 4 delightful grandchildren.
Healthcare Administration
Liona works in administration at Steinbach Family Medical and has been on planning committees in that organization. Liona has a desire to help guide the direction of the church, bring ideas and support the church and the staff in whatever way she can. She and her husband Freddy live in Steinbach and have two children.
Project Manager
Bonnie brings many years of experience in financial services and currently works as a Project Manager, where she enjoys bringing people together to create positive change and improve how work gets done.
Community involvement has long been important to Bonnie, and she has been privileged to serve on several community boards. At the heart of her work and service is a desire to love people well. She is grateful to be part of a church community that teaches and models what it means to love and serve others.
Local Business Owner
Brad and his wife, Pam, live in Mitchell and are proud parents of two children. He is a partner in local small businesses and has served on several not-for-profit boards. Brad also hosts Crossview’s GriefShare program, supporting others through life’s difficult seasons. He loves seeing the church grow and being part of God’s work in the community.
Todd is a career Loewen employee and is currently serving as vice-president of production. He is passionate about healthy organizational leadership in his workplace and within the church! Aside from serving on the Crossview board, Todd has served on several industry association boards. Todd and his wife Mary Ann live in Mitchell and love spending time with their kids and grandkids.
